Fund to Reopen to New Investors
Third Avenue Small-Cap Value Fund (TASCX) will reopen to new investors as of
May 19, 2008, as announced by David Barse, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Third Avenue Management LLC, the investment adviser to the
Fund.

Wasatch Advisors Temporarily

Wasatch Advisors announced the limited time reopening of two of their most
requested micro cap products: the Wasatch Micro Cap Value Fund and the Wasatch
